Recruitment

"Be the best version of You!"

As one of the largest child-care providers on the Isle of Man, we are always looking for exceptional childcare professionals to join our amazing team.

We recognise that to attract the best staff, we have to be the best employer, and accordingly, whilst it goes without saying that we offer all the basics such as:

  • Competitive salaries

  • Paid overtime, including in-house training and staff meetings

  • 30-35 days holiday (including bank holidays)

  • Private medical insurance

  • Discounted childcare

  • Long service awards

  • Attendance bonuses

  • Staff lunches

We also offer a unique Profit Related Pay Scheme to reward the hard work of our dedicated team.  It is our belief that if the nursery is successful financially, then those staff who work hard should share in that success.

Full-time vacancies

  • Level 2 / Level 3 Practitioner to work in our Baby unit (35/40 hours per week)

  • Level 2 / Level 3 Practitioner to work in our Toddlers department (35/40 hours per week)

  • Level 2 / Level 3 Practitioner to work in our Preschool department (35/40 hours per week)

  • Level 2 / Level 3 Practitioner to work with all age groups (35/40 hours per week)

  • Apprentice early years practitioner to commence training for a Level 2 / Level 3 qualification in early years.

  • Classroom support staff to work with all age groups (35/40 hours per week)

Other vacancies:

We recognise that a full-time role is not suitable for everyone, and we can offer a number of part-time positions including fixed hours and sessional contracts for both qualified and non-qualified staff:

  • Various fixed contract part-time hours from 5 to 30 hours per week working just mornings, just afternoons, or something in between!

  • Various fixed contract hours working term-time only

  • Sessional contracts working throughout the year providing cover for staff sickness and holidays, or just working when you're available if you are attending university or have another part-time job.

  • Minibus driver - your primary role will be driving our 17 seat minibus to collect children from various schools in the Douglas area.   A PSV licence is required for this role and so whilst having this already will be advantageous training will be arranged for the right candidate.
