​​Full-time vacancies

​​​​​

  • Level 3 qualified practitioner (35-40 hours over 5 days or 32-36 hours over 4 days)​​

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified dedicated and passionate Level 3 practitioner to join our established team. You will play a vital role in providing a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where young children can explore, learn, and achieve key developmental milestones. If you are deeply committed to early childhood development and fostering a love of learning, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment

  • Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development

  • Monitor and support the development of individual children through observations and assessments

  • Support and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team spirit​

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years

  • Experience working with children aged 9 months to 5 years

  • A genuine passion for early years development and a nurturing personality

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety procedures

Part-time vacancies:

​​​

  • Level 3 qualified practitioner (holiday and sickness cover)​​

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is looking for a part-time flexible role providing cover for holidays and sickness. Whilst only being part-time, you will still play a vital role in providing a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where young children can explore, learn, and achieve key developmental milestones.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
